This 3-day camp is crafted for players aged 8–17 seeking focused development in a competitive yet accessible environment. Perfectly balanced across three core pillars — technique, conditioning, and matchplay — this format allows for deeper immersion while maintaining high energy and engagement.

Each day includes:

  • 2 hours of high-performance tennis coaching (technique + tactics)

  • 2 hours of fitness & athletic development, including movement, reaction, strength and recovery

  • 2 hours of matchplay using UTS/BJK or Davis Cup-style formats — ideal for volume, teamwork, and situational learning

  • Grouped by level to ensure players benefit from targeted feedback and equal challenge

Why this camp works:

  • Slightly longer than our 2-day format, giving room for skill consolidation

  • Beginner-friendly but structured for competitive progress

  • Strong coach-to-player ratios during training and match supervision

Optional Boarding

  • Residential check-in available the evening before (4:00–6:00 PM)

  • Includes meals, accommodation, and pastoral care

🏠 Residential Option (Optional)

  • Check-in: 4:00–6:00 PM the evening before, or 7:00–8:00 AM on Day 1

  • Includes full board, meals, laundry, and evening supervision

  • Ideal for international or outstation families
