This 2-day camp introduces juniors aged 8–17 to Mouratoglou’s world-class training methodology in an efficient and accessible format. Designed to develop both aspiring athletes and emerging competitors, the structure offers high-level coaching in a format that is also beginner-friendly.

Daily Programme Breakdown

🎾 Tennis Training (2 hours/day)

  • Technical and tactical drills tailored to individual ability

  • Emphasis on footwork, rally construction, and shot discipline

  • Low player-to-coach ratio for individualised guidance

🏋️‍♂️ Fitness & Conditioning (2 hours/day)

  • Tennis-specific agility, balance, coordination, and strength work

  • Includes dynamic warm-ups, resistance circuits, and recovery methods

  • Adapted for age and experience to ensure inclusivity and progress for beginners

🎯 Matchplay (2 hours/day)

  • Run in BJK/Davis Cup or UTS-style formats to simulate fun, fast-paced, team-based competition

  • Encourages game play, decision-making, and match confidence

  • Larger group settings (1:12 supervision ratio) allow players to gain experience in varied scenarios while making new friends

  • Beginner-friendly structure ensures players are grouped and supported appropriately, making matchplay accessible even to newer athletes

🏠 Residential Option (Optional)

  • Check-in: 4:00–6:00 PM the evening before, or 7:00–8:00 AM on Day 1

  • Includes full board, meals, laundry, and evening supervision

  • Ideal for international or outstation families
